This includes extensive global program involvement gained working on a variety of programs with General Motors Cadillac, Pontiac, Buick, Oldsmobile, GMC, Chevrolet and Saturn divisions, Chrysler and Dodge, in the USA, South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
These programs included responsibility for product, program and business development through a number of executive management positions, including strategic analyst, Business Planning, North American Operations, manager of Business Planning, North American Operations, business manager - Full Size Trucks, director of Business and Capital Planning - Latin America, Africa and Middle East Operations, and, director of Business Evolution and Product Development, e-GM Division. A Formerly Chief Executive Officer for Innovative Body Solutions.
Throughout his career Tim worked in global environments and international business operations. This led him to extensively study the engineering, program management, vehicle development and quality processes of Honda and Toyota.
Tim is an honors graduate for the University of MIchigan Business School.
Tony Bingham is our President and Chief Engineer and leads our engineering team. Tony has over 30 years of experience with OEM's and major Tier 1 suppliers:
This includes extensive global program involvement gained working on a variety of programs with Pressed Steel Fisher, British Leyland, Cadillac Motors, General Motors Cadillac, Pontiac, Buick, Oldsmobile, GMC, Chevrolet and Saturn divisions; Chrysler and Dodge, AISI and Porsche AG.
These programs included responsibility for strength, stiffness, NVH, durability and crashworthiness both in CAE and physical test for programs in Europe and the USA.
Responsibilities have included product and process development to common best practices, design development, homologation, systems integration and CAE.
Formerly Chief Engineer and Senior Vice President of Engineering for Innovative Body Solutions. Responsible for all FMVSS compliance and continuous conformance testing for body and vehicular systems.
As part of the BIW group there are a number of highly experienced engineers supporting Tony which combined represent involvement in excess of 45 programs around the world requiring advanced engineering, concept design and development through to launch.
At Osirius his responsibilities include automotive interior and seating development both from an engineering and manufacturing perspective, global alliances, global strategic development and â€œbestâ€ global pricing practices.
Prior to Osirius, Rocheleau was a principle in LTS, a body shop and specialty manufacturing company. At LTS he was responsible for the complete development of manufacturing equipment and all financing activities. His expertise has been developed through progressive positions in different disciplines since beginning his career in 1978. He has direct experience with mechanical and electrical engineering and manufacturing, automotive body engineering, cost analysis and financial management. He has completed programs In North America, South America, Asia and Europe and has worked directly with most of the large global automotive manufacturers.
Rocheleau attended the University of Western Ontario where his undergraduate studies were Bachelor of Science Scholars Elective and post graduate studies were Masters of Business Administration. Rocheleau also completed an Ontario government-approved apprenticeship.
Andrew Kavc is the vice president/general manager for
manufacturing & tool engineering. His role is to manage
all project activities to ensure they meet all milestone
deliverables on time and to target.
Prior to joining Osirius in April, 2014 he worked for the Chrysler Group for 20 years. He held a number of positions of increased responsibility on the Truck Platform in the Body Engineering Group, Program Management and Plant Vehicle Engineering. Among several of his more recent roles was as Program Manager for the 2008MY RAM 4500/5500 and Class 4 Sterling Bullet derivative along with the 2010MY RAM 2500/3500. After his program management tenure he was promoted to Product Responsible for the RAM Body Systems for the 2013MY RAM 1500 and 2014MY RAM 1500 Light Duty Diesel programs where he was responsible for the product engineering of BIW, Closure Systems and Exterior Systems from concept approval through production launch. His plant experience includes extensive time spent at Warren Truck Assembly Plant, Saltillo Truck Assembly Plant, St. Louis North Assembly Plant and the recently constructed and launched Saltillo Pro Master Van Plant.
Mr. Kavc is a graduate of Tri-State University (Angola, IN) with a BSME and holds a Masters Degree in Engineering Management from Oakland University (Auburn Hills, MI).
Mr. Diego Raviolo has over 20 years of experience in the auto industry.
Hired by General Motors in 1993, he was responsible for maintenance at it’s Córdoba plant until 1997. He was asked to be relocated to Rosario to coordinate manufacturing engineering and Worldwide Facilities Group for all shops and sites in Argentina. During those years he was responsible for the successful site expansion from 20jph to 30jph without any major plant shutdown.
In 2005 he was part of the worldwide team in charge of the General Assembly Global standards definition for global product platforms. He left GM in 2009. Since 2009, he was project manager responsible for new product implementations in GM, Renault, Ford, Toyota, Mefro Wheels, Johnson Controls, Caterpillar and ABB.
Mr. Aires Guimaraes has more than 35 years experience in the automotive industry. Most of this time, as a part of the General Motors Corporation team.
He performed several positions within the GM organization. He had leadership functions in manufacturing engineering, general assembly and quality. In addition to his broad experience, he was also responsible to lead and implement new products in Greenfield and Brownfield sites. At GM he was the project leader responsible for GM’s Cordoba plant in Argentina, Rosario Plant General Assembly, and the Full Size and Isuzu Trucks.
Aires had international assignments, performing leadership positions at GM Tech Center, General Assembly Global Center, South America Chief Engineer for Small Cars implementation, and as one of his major task executed, acting as manufacturing director leader for the joint developed program – Meriva – Monocab, Brazil and Russelsheim, Germany Technical Centers, and Toyota Plant assignment – Lean Mfg. concepts training.
Mr. Guimaraes has a very international background and exposure to many auto companies, with experiences in Europe, Asia and Africa (South Africa). He has also performed and supported other auto companies as a consultant, such as: EDAG Engineering, DAF Truck, Mitsubishi, VW, and Ford Motor Company.
